Key Objective

Our key goal is to take our remote employees on a fitness journey through a wellness program to support them to live a healthier life.

Problem statement

  • COVID-19 has made working from home a manner of life, which has negatively influenced the regularity with which employees engage in physical activity.
  • To tackle this, Compare & Connect (CNC) sought a digital wellbeing platform that will counteract the current inactive lifestyle trend and encourage its remote employees to be more active and stay fit.
  • A real-time HR dashboard was desired by the admin in order to accurately track employee performance.
  • Focusing on employee engagement for remote employees, CNC wanted a comprehensive wellness program to bring the entire team together.

Solution

  • Vantage Fit conducted a one-month virtual walkathon under the campaign name "CNC Annual E-Walkathon," which ran from October 1 to October 31, 2021.
  • Although the Step Challenge was the main focus of this 30-day programme, it also included Meal Logging, Yoga, and Meditation, among other activities, with specific goals set for each challenge each week.
  • The availability of a real-time Vantage Fit HR Dashboard enables HR managers to track participants' progress from any location in the world, removing time and location boundaries.
  • Employees were provided access to their own gamified scoreboard, maintaining track of task activities and ensuring responsibility.
  • Points were assigned to each activity, resulting in a smooth and visible pointer system.
