Program Initiative

  • IBS Software embarked on a comprehensive wellness journey through the Vantage Fit platform. Their month-long challenge was designed to enhance employee well-being across multiple dimensions, including physical wellness, nutrition and hydration, mental wellness, and heart health. This holistic approach aimed to foster a healthier, more engaged workforce, empowering employees to achieve their personal wellness goals while contributing to the company's overall productivity and morale.

Solution Adopted

  • IBS Software launched a robust health campaign named "March to Fitness" through the Vantage Fit app, running from March 1st to March 28th, 2024. The initiative saw significant participation, with 500+ employees joining the challenge and achieving an impressive 88% engagement rate which is 17% higher than the industry benchmark.
  • The challenge was designed to progressively enhance the participants' overall wellness. During the first week, employees were encouraged to walk 5000+ steps at least five days a week. Alongside this, they participated in squats, spent at least 10 mindful minutes three days a week, diligently tracked their water intake to ensure they drank at least 8 glasses daily, and completed a run/walk of 20 km in total.
  • As the "March to Fitness" challenge progressed, IBS Software further expanded the range of activities to ensure a holistic approach to employee wellness. Participants were encouraged to track their heart rate, log their meals, engage in quick yet effective 7-minute workout sessions, and participate in yoga sessions.
  • These additional activities reinforced the comprehensive nature of the initiative, addressing various aspects of physical and mental health, and underscoring IBS Software's commitment to fostering a well-rounded, healthy workforce.
  • By the final week of the "March to Fitness" challenge, participants were encouraged to push their limits and adopt an even healthier lifestyle. The goal was set to walk a total of 40,000 steps throughout the week, and the run/walk challenge was increased to 35 km. This strategic progression not only maintained the momentum of the challenge but also motivated participants to continue striving for their best, reinforcing the importance of consistency in their wellness journey.
