Key Objective
Our primary goal is to offer a comprehensive wellness program capable enough to lead the participants towards adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Problem Statement
- The quest to implement an effective wellness program to keep employees up and going has been a matter of priority for corporations.
- Focusing on employee wellness, Intrado sought a digital wellbeing platform to combat the current sedentary lifestyle trend and achieve its ultimate goal of raising health awareness amongst its workforce.
- The admin wished for a real-time HR Dashboard to help track employee performance accurately.
- They also wanted to implement a virtual wellness program that aligned with their requirement of making it accessible to employees worldwide with no time-place constraints.
- Prioritizing employee engagement and communication for remote employees, Intrado desired a digital wellness program to bring the entire team together.
Solution
- Vantage Fit hosted a virtual wellness program under the campaign name "Healthy Me" spanning over an entire month, starting from 24th May 2021 to 27th June 2021.
- Primarily focusing on Step challenge, this 5-week campaign included Meal log in, Yoga, Meditation, among other activities, with specific targets set for each challenge every week.
- Admin was provided with a drop-down option to create Custom challenges enabling them to develop customized challenges per the organization's requirements.
- The availability of a real-time Vantage Fit HR Dashboard further allows the HR admin to monitor participants' performances across the globe, thus removing time-place barriers.
- Employees got access to their own fully gamified leaderboard to accurately track the task activities, ensuring accountability.
- Points were assigned against each task, creating a smooth and transparent pointer system.
- Customizable food entries, together with other physical and mental activities like mindfulness and meditation, were enabled in the Vantage Fit application.
- Overall, Vantage Fit covered all the aspects of wellness, right from physical, nutritional to mental, thus developing a sense of motivation amongst the workforce.
