Key Objective
Our major goal is to raise awareness of a humanitarian cause by implementing a comprehensive wellness program that will engage and further motivate employees to live a healthy lifestyle.
Problem statement
- MindPoint Group (MPG) had a noble cause behind their quest for a wellness program. They looked for an event to engage their employees in it, further promoting and raising awareness of a donation drive to a charitable non-profit organization.
- Focusing on this charitable cause, MPG was looking for a digital wellbeing platform to offset the current inactive lifestyle trend and promote health awareness among its workforce.
- A real-time HR dashboard was required by the manager in order to accurately track employee performance.
- MPG also sought to develop a virtual wellness program that met their criterion of being accessible to employees all around the world, regardless of time or location.
- Prioritizing employee engagement and communication for remote employees, they desired digital wellness programs to bring the entire team together.
Solution
- Vantage Fit hosted a virtual walkathon under the campaign name "MPG Fitness for Charity" spanning over two weeks, starting from 27th September 2021 to 10th October 2021
- This 14-day program, although mostly focused on the Step Challenge, also featured Meal Logging, Yoga, and Meditation, among other activities, with particular targets established for each challenge each week.
- The availability of a real-time Vantage Fit HR Dashboard allows HR administrators to track participants' progress from any location in the world, eliminating time and location barriers.
- Employees were given access to their own gamified leaderboard, which they could use to keep track of task activities and maintain accountability.
- A transparent pointer system was created by assigning points to each activity.

Results
- MPG employees walked a total of around 776000 steps in the 2-week long walkathon challenge.
- Over the course of 14 days, the organization covered a distance of more than 776 kilometres.
- Each employee expended approximately 2700 Kcal during the challenge.
- The contest witnessed 97% employee participation.
