Key Objective
Our main goal is to develop a comprehensive wellness platform that will be used to implement the annual corporate wellness programme, which will focus on various areas of employee well-being.
Problem statement
- Ntrepid's commitment for employee well-being led them to look for a digital platform to support their annual corporate program.
- Having focused solely on step count in the previous year's programme, they sought a platform that could cover mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
- The HR required a real-time HR dashboard to assess participation and progress. They also wanted a separate tracking tool for the participants to keep track of their own performance.
- In light of the demographic challenges, Ntrepid desired a flexible digital platform that could be accessed by any employee, regardless of their time or place.
Solution
- Vantage Fit conducted a challenge under the “Dare to be Great” campaign, lasting for 3 weeks straight, starting from 1st Nov to 21st Nov 2021.
- Spanning over 3 weeks, the challenge required Ntrepid employees to increase their step count with each passing day, along with logging meals and water intake thus achieving the goal of establishing a healthy living.
- This challenge also included mindfulness meditation thereby venturing into emotional and mental aspects of wellness.
- Access to real-time Vantage Fit HR Dashboard enabled the HR admin to supervise the competition precisely.
- The participants had access to a gamified leaderboard that allowed them to track their daily and weekly step counts in order to improve their performance.
- Employees were rewarded with redeemable vantage points once the challenge was completed.
- With a digitized wellness platform, the place constraints disappeared, and the challenge could take place globally.

Results
- Over 42 employees took part in the 3-week long campaign.
- All the Ntrepid employees recorded a sum of over 6 million steps.
- On average, each participant walked a distance of around 148 km during the entire challenge.
- The workforce burned a total of 279 thousand calories in the span of 3 weeks.
