Key Objective

Our principal goal is to launch an effective wellness initiative to raise women's health awareness among the workforce and promote an active lifestyle.

Problem Statement

  • SRS Medical sought a digital wellness program to promote healthy living among its employees.
  • Addressing women's health issues, they looked for a challenge to garner maximum engagement to raise women's health awareness.
  • The admin wanted an HR Dashboard to monitor the progress of the participants in the challenge precisely.
  • Aiming to resolve time-place constraints, SRS Medical opted for a digital platform that could ensure full participation regardless of geographical locations.
  • They desired a virtual wellness platform that would encourage active participation of employees through proper incentivization post achieving a set target.

Solution

  • Vantage Fit hosted a Women's Health Awareness Step Challenge Step It Up!, covering the entire month from 1st to 31st May 2021.
  • To maintain flexibility and smooth flow of the walkathon challenge, the employees were asked to complete 5000 steps daily for a minimum of 20 days.
  • The availability of an HR Dashboard enabled employers to get accurate insights into the ongoing task.
  • A gamified leaderboard is accessible to the participants to account for their step count in the walkathon properly.
  • The Step it Up challenge gathered the entire team on a common platform united by a fixed goal, further removing the barriers of place and time.
  • Points were assigned against each task, creating a smooth and transparent pointer system.
  • Rewards, as redeemable points, were assigned to every contender on achieving the required goals of the challenge.
