Problem Statement

  • Keeping employee wellbeing in mind, HR looked for an all-inclusive platform to launch an effective wellness program for their employees.
  • The admin wanted a digital platform that could enable them to monitor the program activities precisely.
  • Besides, they sought a convenient medium for the workforce to track their performance accurately.
  • One of the main motives was to hold the program on a digital platform so as to bring the entire team together, irrespective of time and location.

Solution

  • Vantage Fit hosted a walkathon for the employees under the campaign name "Walkathon 2.0" starting from 2nd December 2021 to 31st December 2021.
  • To monitor the performance of all participants, a dashboard was provided to HR.
  • Subsequently, all the employees got their own fully gamified leaderboard to track their progress accurately.

  • Over 745 employees competed in the 1-month long Walkathon.
  • 117 million steps were covered by the entire workforce.
  • Each participant covered a distance of over 158 km in the duration of 5 weeks.
