How do I join a challenge?

Challenges are the heart of Vantage Fit — they keep you motivated by turning healthy habits into goals with rewards. There are two ways you can end up in a challenge, depending on how your company runs its wellness program.

Ways to Join

1. Auto-Enrolled

Your company automatically enrolls you when a challenge starts. You don't need to do anything — the challenge appears in summary page and you're already a participant.

This is the most common method for company-wide challenges.

2. Admin-Added

Your HR admin manually adds you to a challenge. Like auto-enrollment, the challenge simply appears in your app. You'll receive a notification letting you know.

Joining After a Challenge Has Started

Yes, you can join a challenge that's already in progress. Your score starts counting from the day you join — you won't be penalized for the days you missed before joining.

Note: Depending on the challenge rules, late joiners may have a harder time reaching the top of the leaderboard, but your participation and task completion still earn you points.
