How Do I View Articles, Webinars, and Bite-Size Content on the Web?

Updated May 12, 2026 Employee

Vantage Fit offers a library of wellness content — articles, webinars, and bite-size micro-lessons — that you can access directly from the web app. Whether you want to read about nutrition, watch a wellness webinar, or complete a quick quiz for challenge credit, it's all available from your browser.

Where to Find Content

Content is available from the Work Life tab in the web app's top navigation. From there, you can access three types of content:

  • Articles — health and wellness articles organized by category
  • Webinars — video content on wellness topics
  • Bite-Size Content — interactive micro-lessons with quizzes

Articles

The Articles page is your wellness reading library. Here's what you'll find:

Browsing Articles

  • Articles are organized by category — topics like fitness, nutrition, mental health, stress management, sleep, and more.
  • A featured articles carousel at the top highlights the most relevant or recently published content.
  • Scroll through the categories or browse the full list to find something that interests you.

Reading an Article

Click on any article card to open the full article. Articles are presented in a clean reading view with:

  • Title and author
  • Estimated reading time
  • Full article content with images
  • Related articles at the bottom

Tip: If your challenge includes a "read articles" task, reading articles on the web counts toward your progress — just like it does on mobile.

Webinars

The Webinar page gives you access to video content created or curated by your organization's wellness team.

Browsing Webinars

  • Webinars are listed with their title, topic, and thumbnail.
  • Click on a webinar to view its details and watch the content.

Webinar availability depends on what your company's HR admin has published. If you don't see any webinars, it means none have been made available for your organization yet.

Bite-Size Content

Bite-size content is where things get interactive. These are short, focused micro-lessons on wellness topics, each ending with a quiz to test your understanding.

How Bite-Size Content Works

  1. Navigate to the Bite-Size Content page from the Work Life section.
  2. Browse available bite-size lessons — each one covers a focused topic in a few minutes.
  3. Click on a lesson to start it.
  4. Read through the content slides or sections.
  5. At the end, complete the quiz — answer the questions based on what you just learned.
  6. Your completion is tracked and recorded.

Quiz Completion for Challenges

This is important: bite-size quiz completions count toward challenge tasks. If your challenge includes a task like "complete 3 bite-size lessons," completing them on the web works exactly the same as completing them on mobile.

Your completion is synced to your profile, so it shows up in your challenge progress regardless of which platform you used.

Tip: Bite-size lessons are quick — most take 3 to 5 minutes. They're perfect for a short learning break during your workday, and they can earn you challenge credit at the same time.

Content Availability

The content you see depends on what your company's HR admin has published and configured:

Content Type How It's Managed
Articles Curated library — available to all participants
Webinars Published by HR admin — may vary by company
Bite-Size Content Created by admin — quizzes are tied to challenge tasks

If you're looking for specific content and can't find it, it may not be published for your organization. Reach out to your HR admin to request topics or content types.

Web vs. Mobile Content Experience

The content experience on the web is fully functional — you get the same articles, webinars, and bite-size lessons as on mobile. There are no content features that are web-only or mobile-only.
