Using Vantage Fit on the Web App

Vantage Fit is available as a web app from links in Vantage Fit emails. It gives you access to a core set of features right from your browser — but the mobile app remains the full-featured experience. Here's what to expect.

How to Access the Web App

  1. Open any Vantage Fit email you have received.
  2. Click Open Vantage Fit.
  3. If prompted, sign in with your work email and password, or use SSO if your company has it configured.

What You Can Do on the Web

The web app supports the most common read and participation features:

Challenges

  • View and join challenges — browse active and upcoming challenges
  • View challenge details — see rules, duration, tasks, and progress
  • Track task progress — see how you're doing on challenge tasks
  • View leaderboards — both individual and team rankings

Content

  • Read articles and webinars — browse the wellness content library
  • Complete bite-size content — view bite-size learning modules and answer quizzes
  • View social feed — see posts and updates from your colleagues

Activity

  • View your activity stats — see your step count, workouts, and daily summary on the Today page
  • Log activities manually — log from a predefined list, with date picker for past dates, edit and delete
  • Quick-log water, mood, weight, sleep — via the Today page dialogs
  • View and RSVP to events — see upcoming wellness events and respond Yes/No

What You Cannot Do on the Web

The web app does not include several features that rely on mobile hardware or native device capabilities:

Tracking and Devices

  • No automatic step tracking (there's no device connection on web)
  • No GPS-tracked workouts (walking, running, cycling routes)
  • No wearable or device management
  • No heart rate measurement
  • No squat tracker

Logging

  • No food or meal logging with the nutrition search database
  • No barcode scanning

Rewards and Profile

  • No wallet, points balance, or redemption
  • No profile editing or health profile management
  • No device management screen

Notifications and Navigation

  • No push notifications or notification bell
  • No drawer or settings menu
  • No Plus menu (the quick-action button on mobile)
  • No configurable tab layout

Web App Navigation

The web app has a simplified three-tab layout:

Work Life Overview of wellness content and resources

There's no Plus menu, no bottom navigation bar, and no side drawer. Everything is accessed through these three tabs.

Tip: For the full Vantage Fit experience including automatic step tracking, GPS workouts, nutrition logging, and rewards, use the mobile app on iOS or Android. The web app is best for quick check-ins on challenges and leaderboards from your desktop.

Sign-In on Web

You sign in to the web app the same way you sign in on mobile:

  • Open Vantage Fit link — click the link from any Vantage Fit email
  • Email + password — use your registered work email and password
  • SSO — if your company uses Single Sign-On, click the SSO button and sign in through your company's login system

Your account is the same across web and mobile. Challenge progress, points, and activity data all sync between platforms.

Note: If you've only ever used the mobile app and haven't set a password, you may need to use the "Forgot Password" flow to create one for web access (unless your company uses SSO).
