How do I sign in to the Vantage Fit admin dashboard?

The Vantage Fit admin dashboard is where you manage challenges, view reports, configure settings, and run your wellness program. It's a separate sign-in from the Vantage Fit mobile and web apps that employees use.

Where to Sign In

Open https://dashboard.vantagecircle.com in a browser. This is the single sign-in URL for all regions — the platform routes you to your company's regional instance after you sign in.

The Vantage Circle and Vantage Fit admin tools live on the same dashboard. Once you sign in, switch between modules from the left sidebar.

How to Sign In

Sign in with your work email and whichever method your company has enabled for admin accounts:

  • Password — the password you set up during admin onboarding.
  • OTP (One-Time Password) — a code sent to your work email.
  • SSO (Single Sign-On) — if your company has SSO enabled, you'll be redirected to your corporate login page (Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, OneLogin, Ping Identity, etc.).

The sign-in page detects which methods are available for your company and shows the matching options.

Tip: If you don't see a password field and your company uses SSO, just enter your work email — the page redirects you to your corporate identity provider automatically.

First-Time Admin Sign-In

Admin accounts are provisioned by the Vantage Fit team during onboarding (or by an existing admin at your company, if your account is allowed to add additional admins). You'll receive a sign-in email with your initial credentials.

If you're expecting access and haven't received credentials, contact your account manager or email support@vantagecircle.com.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Go to https://dashboard.vantagecircle.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your work email.
  4. Check your inbox for a password-reset link.
  5. Follow the link and set a new password.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it still doesn't arrive, your account may not be set up yet — contact your account manager.

Can't Sign In At All?

If you see "Your account has been deactivated. Contact HR/Administrator to activate your account", your admin account has been deactivated. Contact your account manager or another admin at your company to reactivate it — see How Do I Deactivate or Reactivate an Employee? for the reactivation flow.
