Tracking your weight regularly helps you stay aware of your body's changes over time. Vantage Fit makes it easy to log your weight and automatically updates your BMI if you've completed your health profile.
How to Log Your Weight
- Tap the Plus (+) button from any screen.
- Select Update Weight.
- Enter your current weight.
- The unit (kg or lbs) is based on your app's unit settings.
- Tap Save.
What Happens When You Log
- Your weight entry is saved with today's date.
- If you've completed your Health Profile (height, age, gender), your BMI is automatically recalculated.
- Your weight history is tracked over time, so you can see trends.
Viewing Your Weight History
You can view your weight entries in the Diary View:
- Tap the Activity Rings card on summary page.
- Use the date picker to browse past entries.
- Your weight entry for each day will appear alongside your other logged activities.
Tip: Weigh yourself at the same time each day (ideally in the morning) for the most consistent tracking.
Tips for Weight Tracking
- Log weekly at minimum — Even if you don't log daily, a weekly weigh-in helps you spot trends.
- Complete your health profile — This unlocks BMI calculations and makes your Wellness Score more accurate.
- Don't obsess over daily fluctuations — Weight naturally varies by 1-2 kg day to day due to water retention, meals, and activity. Focus on the trend over weeks.
