The Health Risk Assessment is a detailed health questionnaire within Vantage Fit that evaluates your overall fitness and assigns you a fitness percentage from 0 to 100%. It's one of the most comprehensive health tools in the app, covering everything from your blood pressure to your exercise habits.
What the HRA Asks
The questionnaire collects information across nine health areas:
- Blood Group
- Waist Size
- Blood Pressure
- Cholesterol Levels
- Diabetes Status
- Smoking Habits
- Alcohol Consumption
- Exercise Frequency
- Age and BMI (pulled from your health profile)
Each area contributes to your total fitness score, with a maximum of 95 points across all nine components.
How Your Score Is Calculated
Your answers are scored across the nine components and combined into a single fitness percentage. The categories are:
| Category | Score Range | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Excellent | 85% and above | Low health risk, strong fitness indicators |
| Good | 70% – 84% | Moderate health with room for improvement |
| Average | 50% – 69% | Some risk factors present |
| Below Average | 35% – 49% | Multiple risk factors, attention needed |
| Critical | Below 35% | High risk, consult a healthcare professional |
Note: The HRA is an informational tool, not a medical diagnosis. For any health concerns, always consult your doctor.
How the HRA Connects to Your Wellness Score
Your HRA result feeds directly into the Baseline component (20%) of your Wellness Score. Without completing the HRA, the Wellness Score uses a default baseline of 50. Completing it gives you a more accurate and personalized Wellness Score.
Important Things to Know
- The HRA is not part of onboarding. It's a separate feature you access on your own. You won't be prompted to complete it when you first set up the app.
- It's not available in Lite Mode. If your company uses Lite Mode (simplified, steps-only), the HRA feature is not accessible.
- About 20% of employees complete it. Completion is voluntary, but it significantly improves the accuracy of your Wellness Score.
- You can retake it. If your health situation changes (e.g., you quit smoking, your blood pressure improves), retake the HRA to update your score.
How to Access the HRA
- Go to your Profile.
- Look for Health Risk Assessment or HRA.
- Tap to start the questionnaire.
- Answer all questions honestly for the most accurate result.
- Submit to see your fitness percentage and category.
Tip: Answer honestly. The HRA is private and exists to help you understand your own health — not to judge you. The more accurate your answers, the more useful the result.
Tips for a Better HRA Score
- Know your numbers — Before starting, check your latest blood pressure and cholesterol readings if you have them.
- Be honest — Underreporting smoking or alcohol won't help you.
- Update regularly — If you make lifestyle changes, retake the HRA to see your improvement reflected.
