If you have entered the wrong password too many times, your Vantage Fit account gets automatically locked for security. Here is how to get back in.

Why Did My Account Get Locked?

Your account locks automatically after 5 consecutive wrong password attempts. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorized access.

How to Unlock Your Account

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap "Unlock Account" or "Forgot Password".
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Check your email for a password reset link from Vantage Fit.
  4. Click the link in the email.
  5. Set a new password.
  6. Sign in with your new password — your account is now unlocked.

Tip: The password reset email comes from @vantagecircle.com. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Option 2: Use OTP Sign-In

If your company has OTP (One-Time Password) sign-in enabled:

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap "Sign in with OTP".
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your email for the OTP code.
  4. Enter the OTP on the app.
  5. You are signed in, and your account is unlocked.

Note: OTP sign-in is not available for all companies. If you do not see this option, use the password reset method above.

The Reset Email is Not Arriving

If you do not receive the password reset email:

  1. Check spam/junk folder — look for emails from @vantagecircle.com.
  2. Wait a few minutes — email delivery can take up to 5 minutes.
  3. Try again — request the reset email one more time.
  4. Verify your email — make sure you are entering the correct email address associated with your account.

If the email still does not arrive, contact your HR admin. They can verify your registered email address and help you regain access.

Preventing Future Lockouts

  • Use a strong, memorable password or save it in a password manager.
  • Enable OTP sign-in (if available) as an alternative to password-based login.
  • Do not share your password with anyone.
