If you requested an OTP (One-Time Password) to sign in but the email has not arrived, here are the steps to fix it.
Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
OTP emails come from an address ending in @vantagecircle.com. Many email providers filter these into spam or junk.
- Open your email app.
- Go to the Spam or Junk folder.
- Search for emails from
vantagecircle.com. - If you find the OTP email there, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails go to your inbox.
Step 2: Wait a Moment
OTP emails are sent immediately, but delivery can take a minute or two depending on your email provider. Wait at least 2-3 minutes before trying again.
Step 3: Check the OTP Validity
- OTPs are valid for 10 minutes from when they are sent.
- If more than 10 minutes have passed, the OTP has expired. Request a new one.
Step 4: Resend the OTP
You can request a new OTP after a 30-second cooldown.
- Go back to the OTP entry screen.
- Tap "Resend OTP".
- Wait for the new email.
Note: Resending invalidates the previous OTP. Only the most recent OTP will work. If you received multiple OTP emails, use the latest one.
Step 5: Verify Your Email Address
Make sure the email address you entered is correct:
- Is it your work email (not personal)?
- Are there any typos in the email address?
- Is it the same email your HR admin used to register you?
If you are unsure which email is registered, contact your HR admin to verify.
Step 6: Check for SMS OTP (Rare)
Some companies use SMS-based OTP instead of email. If your company uses this method:
- Check your phone messages instead of email.
- Make sure your registered phone number is correct.
- Ensure your phone has signal and is not in airplane mode.
Note: SMS OTP is rare and only used by specific companies. Most companies use email OTP.
Still Not Receiving OTPs?
If none of the above steps work:
- Contact your HR admin — they can verify your registered email address and check if there are any issues with your account.
- Check with your IT team — your company's email filters may be blocking emails from
vantagecircle.com. Ask IT to whitelist this domain. - Try a different sign-in method — if available, use password-based sign-in instead of OTP.
