I'm Having Issues with the Web App

The Vantage Fit web app is a lighter version of the mobile experience. Some mobile features are not available on the web. Here is what to check if something does not look right.

I Cannot Sign In

Open the Web App from Email

The web app opens from links in Vantage Fit emails. Open any Vantage Fit email you have received and click Open Vantage Fit.

If you do not have a Vantage Fit email, ask your HR admin to confirm that your account is active and that Vantage Fit emails are reaching your inbox.

Try a Password Reset

If you have only ever used the mobile app, you may not have set a web password. Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in page and follow the email link to set one.

SSO Users

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), look for the SSO sign-in button on the login page. Do not use the email/password form — use the dedicated SSO button instead.

Note: If you see "Company Not Found" when trying to sign in, confirm that you are using the same work email registered for Vantage Fit. If the error continues, contact your HR admin.

My Steps Are Not Showing

The web app cannot track steps on its own. It does not have access to your phone's pedometer or any fitness device directly.

Your steps appear on the web after they have been updated from your mobile app. If your steps are not showing on the web:

  1. Open the Vantage Fit mobile app on your phone.
  2. Tap Plus (+) → Sync to force a sync.
  3. Wait a moment, then refresh the web app — your steps should now appear on the Today page.

I Cannot Log Food or Search for Meals

Food search and meal logging are not available on the web app. The nutrition tracking features — including food search, barcode scanning, meal logging, and calorie tracking — are mobile-only.

To log your meals:

  • Use the Vantage Fit iOS or Android app.
  • Tap Plus (+) → Log Meal to search for foods and log them.

Social Feed on Web

The social feed is available on the web app — you can view posts, like, and interact with your colleagues' updates.

Features That Are Mobile-Only

Several features are not available on the web. This is by design — the web app focuses on viewing data and basic logging. Here is what you will not find on the web:

Tip: Think of the web app as your "view and quick-log" companion. For the full experience — workouts, nutrition, social features, and device management — use the mobile app.

The Page Is Not Loading

If the web app is blank, slow, or showing errors:

  1. Clear your browser cache. Go to your browser settings and clear cached data for the Vantage Fit web app.
  2. Try incognito/private mode. Open the Open Vantage Fit link from a new incognito window. If it works in incognito, a browser extension or cached data is causing the issue.
  3. Use a fresh email link. Open a recent Vantage Fit email and click Open Vantage Fit again.
  4. Try a different browser. The web app works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. If one browser has issues, try another.
  5. Check your internet connection. The web app requires an active connection — it does not work offline.

I Cannot Find a Feature I Used on Mobile

If you are used to the mobile app and cannot find something on the web, check the table above first. Many features are intentionally mobile-only. The web app serves a specific purpose — giving you desktop access to view your data, check challenges, and do basic logging without needing your phone.

For anything not available on the web, open the Vantage Fit app on your phone.
